Hawzah News Agency (Kurdistan, Iran) – Speaking at the conference called 'Unity of Islamic Seminary and University' which was held in the University of Islamic Sects in the Western province of Kurdistan in Iran, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Muhammad Husseini Shahroudi remarked, "Unity is the most important issue in the Islamic world now."

Elsewhere in his remarks, the Shia cleric pointed out that Iran's 1979 Islamic Revolution affected the political equations in the world, "Today, the whole world is looking up to the Islamic Republic of Iran and we need to live up to those high expectations."

The representative of Ayatollah Khamenei in the province of Kurdistan further noted, "Quran is a divine book that has solutions and guidelines for mankind through all stages of his life. The holy Quran addresses current issues and troubles which are happening worldwide."

"The efforts to conduct research studies regarding holy Quran must address the present needs of societies. For centuries, Western countries have implemented Islamic culture and values to advance in different areas." Hujjat al-Islam Husseini Shahroudi added.

Reiterating that actions of US President Donald Trump and his allies are scandalous, Hujjat al-Islam Shahroudi concluded, "Trump's recent moves caused the Islamic countries to become united."
